Our program expectation is that each court order must clarify all terms and conditions of  access, such as:

frequency, day and time of access, 

whether access is exchange or supervised,

who is responsible for covering the cost of access,

who is responsible for transporting the child to and from the access centre,

who is responsible for picking up the children at the access centre

who is responsible for dropping them off,

Who is responsible for providing the court with copies of the access reports?
