Submit your request in writing and allow two weeks for us to prepare the documents. Only parties involved with our program, their legal counsels, the Courts, the Police, the OCL, and the CAS can receive copies of observation reports.
Prior to receiving the observation reports, payment must be processed online on our website (refer to “Fee Payments”) or can be sent with the courier who picks up the reports. We will accept a money order payable to Access for Parents and Children in Ontario. Please note that it is your responsibility to send a courier or make other arrangements to pick up observation reports. Our program will not transmit observation reports via fax, email or any other electronic means.
