service Fees

Anyone who uses APCO’s services, whether a Residential or Visiting Party, is required to pay service fees as follows:

APPLICATION FEE:

Upon registration, each party is required to pay their own Application Fee. Application Fees are charged on a sliding scale as follows:

  • A one time fee of $50.00 (for clients with an annual income of $15,000 or more).
  • A one time fee of $25.00 (for clients with an annual income below $15,000).

USER FEES:

Upon acceptance into the program, each party is required to pay their own User Fee, unless the court order states otherwise. User Fees are charged on a sliding scale as follows:

  • $150.00 per calendar year* (for clients with an annual income of $15,000 or more)
  • $50.00 per calendar year* (for clients with an annual income below $15,000)

*Please note that the annual user fee is not based on the length of service or number of visits/exchanges completed during the calendar year. The annual user fee applies to any file where at least one supervised visit or supervised exchange has taken place within the calendar year.

REPORT FEE:

When requesting copies of observation reports, the following fees apply:

1) A $50.00 Administrative Fee for each request, plus $10.00 per observation report.

2) An additional charge of $50.00 for all rush requests.

CORRESPONDENCE FEE:

There will be a Correspondence Fee of $50.00 per page for all letter requests. Parties are
required to pay this fee regardless of their income level. (No sliding scale, waiver or payment
plan option is available).

COURT ATTENDANCE FEE:

APCO will charge a flat fee of $300.00 per staff member for each court attendance request.

This fee must be paid by the requesting party at least one week prior to the court date.

INTERPRETER FEE:

Where a language barrier exists, our program will arrange for an official interpreter to attend the visit and will cover the interpreter’s fee.

Parties are required to cover their own interpreter’s fee if:

  • They arrive late by 30 minutes for their scheduled visit/exchange.
  • They cancel their scheduled visit/exchange with less than 24 hours notice.
  • They fail to show up for the scheduled visit/exchange.

FEES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH APCO’s AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE:

  • No-Show Fee:

    Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled visit/exchange are required to pay a No-Show Fee of $25.00 for 1hr visits and $50.00 for 2hr visits.
